What is the cancellation policy for a natural spray tan appointment?
Please provide 48-hour notice to avoid a $60 cancellation fee. We will be more than happy to reschedule you however we do have the right to charge you for rescheduling.
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment for competitor tanning?
All tanning deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What happens during the tanning session?
Please make sure to read our liability waiver located on our site or via our IG page. The technician will set up the tent and equipment. You are given time to disrobe or put on the clothing that you would like to be tanned in. Once you are ready, the TanPerfekt tanning professional will instruct you on movement of your body to ensure the best tanning results.
What do I wear during my tanning session?
Ladies are more than welcome to wear an older swimsuit or lingerie. We no longer allow men to wear anything less then underwear or trunks to tan in for a natural tan.
Athletes/Competitors – It is recommended that females are sprayed nude due to the posing suits worn.
For men, we provide alternative coverage to ensure no tan lines. We provide a completely professional environment.
Do I sign a consent form?
Liability Waivers
- For competition tanning, each client will be required to sign an individual liability waiver before their session.
- For everyday and wedding glow clients, a liability waiver is available on our website. We ask that you read and acknowledge this waiver prior to your tanning appointment.
Can I have my spouse, friend or child present?
We’re coming to you! You are welcome to decide if someone joins you in the room. However, we kindly ask that children and pets remain outside so our full attention can be dedicated to you and the service.
Competition Tanning Guidelines
- Only staff and competitors with scheduled appointments are permitted in the tanning area.
- All others must wait outside until the session is complete.
- Video recording or photography of athletes during tanning is strictly prohibited.
Important Note Please be aware that there is no supervision available for children, pets, or other adults at shows.
